Sam Van Group provides waste management, dumpster rental, recycling and debris removal services throughout Los Angeles County. Service availability, pricing and delivery windows are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Hazardous waste, tires, batteries, refrigerants, paint, solvents, medical waste and asbestos may not be placed in standard containers. Customers are responsible for prohibited-material surcharges and disposal costs.
Every container has a maximum weight limit stated in the rental agreement. Overages are billed at the per-ton rate disclosed at booking.
Customer is responsible for any surface damage where the container is placed. Sam Van Group is not liable for damage to driveways, curbs or landscaping caused by container placement approved by the customer.
Payment is due upon service completion unless a commercial account is established. Late invoices accrue interest at the maximum California statutory rate.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid a trip fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute is Los Angeles County.
